Arkadia GT Sofa is a made-to-order product. Production, dispatch timing, and delivery arrangements may vary depending on configuration, finish, destination, and service requirements.
2. Shipping quotation
Shipping is not included in the listed product price unless expressly stated.
Because each order is handled individually, shipping charges are quoted separately based on:
- destination
- access conditions
- delivery service level
- freight requirements
- local import procedures, where applicable

3. Processing and lead times
Production begins only after order confirmation and payment acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lead times may vary depending on customization, sourcing, production scheduling, destination, and logistics conditions. Estimated timing, if provided, is for guidance only and is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery methods
Depending on destination and order requirements, delivery may be arranged through:
- freight shipping

- white-glove or special handling services

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details.
9. Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

10. Failed delivery or refusal
If delivery cannot be completed because of refusal, failed access, incorrect address, non-collection, or customer-caused delay, additional storage, redelivery, freight, or handling fees may apply where permitted by law.
11. Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, supply chain disruption, carrier issues, weather, labor actions, force majeure events, or government restrictions.
